I recently visited this Vietnamese restaurant for lunch and was disappointed by the service. The owner came across as unwelcoming from the start, which was surprising, but we went ahead and placed our orders.
One particular incident left a strong impression. Every table around us received a complimentary basket of rice chips, but our table did not. When I asked the owner about this, he said nothing and then eventually brought a basket with just a few chips. I felt this differential treatment was uncalled for, and it left me with a negative impression, as I couldn’t help but feel singled out.
The owner could benefit from embracing a more inclusive attitude and showing greater hospitality towards all customers. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the restaurant can improve its approach to customer service and create a welcoming environment...
