I went asking for a matcha latte (which was not listed) but I tried to be lucky because I love that drink. I was looking for a matcha latte and I saw they had a cold drink with matcha, so I requested a matcha latte (hot). The cashier asked the barista, kind of checking if it was possible to get it for me. And the barista said not. It was very disappointing to see after ordering a simple cafe latte that they had all the instruments for making me a matcha latte (which I would had pay for) but they simply didn't want to prepare it. For this reason I evaluate a bad services, if you get all the products and ingredients to do what a client wants. Why not to do it? The photo shows all the matcha instruments that they have there, I saw while I waited for my cafe latte.🙄

Cafe Art is in a great location right by the Aura River – perfect for a coffee break with a view. The selection is impressive: lots of delicious pastries, cakes, and quality coffee (the cinnamon buns are especially good!). There's always something fresh and tempting. You can sit inside or enjoy the riverside terrace when the weather is nice. Just a small tip: watch out for seagulls and birds if you're eating outside – they can be bold! Also, keep an eye out for fast-moving cyclists on the river path. Overall, a lovely place to relax, have a treat, and enjoy Turku’s atmosphere. One of the best cafés in town!

I absolutely love the opportunity to come here and hadn’t been in a few years! The Irish Cream Cheesecake (contains alcohol) slice was generous and the house iced tea was a delight. Enjoyed by the river with a friend. Definitely a must when visiting Turku. 🥰

My wife and I went here for the first time after searching for a cafe. When we ordered coffee and cake and the prices were relatively high, we sat down to wait for our order. After our order arrived, as soon as we started eating, the cashier shouted from behind the counter that the cafe was closing. I didn't understand how to finish the coffee and cake while it was still piping hot, and we were there for less than ten minutes. I was very, very upset because it would have been humane for the lady to say that we would be closing in 10 minutes before taking our order, but she didn't and took the order. I don't think I will ever go to this cafe again, it left such a bad impression on me. If you go to this cafe in the evening, be sure to ask them how long they are open...
