China & Thai Palace — Restaurant in Turku sub-region

I had gotten a gift card here for christmas. I ordered takeaway. My gift card included a big container of sticky rice, sweet sauce, a chicken dish, a beef dish, a spring roll, fried shrimp, octopus rings, and for dessert fried bananas and homemade vanilla ice cream. The cashier was very polite with a polite eye contact and carefully listened to me speak without interrupting one bit. The food was still warm after I got home. The chicken and beef dish had distinct taste palate. The beef dish was quite spicy and the chicken dish was mild. Spring roll was crunchy with delicious vegetables inside. I'd say all the fried items were crunchy. The restaurant itself had such a outside demeanor I really thought I was walking into a fancy restaurant. It didn't have any tacky neon light signs at the front. Inside it looked like a cross between casual and fine-dining. There was a straight theme going on inside with nothing overdone. A huge chinese Guzheng on the wall. It's a chinese musical instrument, looks very majestic! Tables were neatly set and I didn't see any dirt or grime on them. I have recently started eating a lot more sushi (apparently I really like it). I really wanted some today and our usual sushi place was closed but then we saw on ResQ club how this place had 18 pieces of sushi for 9 euros and we instantly made an order. We arrived at the restaurant and my girlfriend went in. She came out and said "they gave us 21 instead of 18 because they were closing down, and also they gave us soy sauce". I was shocked because I had never really gotten this treatment here from a dining place. Any time I want sushi I will order from here now, not because I expect free sushi but because it was actually shockingly kind of them to give me extra food free of charge.

The service was friendly, my girlfriend said she didn't have to wait at all, and they were quick and she was instantly acknowledged by the staff.

You should go here. The food is good. The people operating are apparently great. I will be going there again, I guarantee that. Obviously don't expect free sushi or anything. But you should know that the people here are actually good folk.
