The lady almost pretended she dint understand English to make us pay more. we opted for a meal option and took a sandwich dessert and coffee. But at the time of billing she came up with saying the coffee is not a part of the meal option. no where on the board was this mentioned. So we asked her what was included, she said cold beverages so we took a coke and agreed to pay for the coffee. but now she would not allow that either. she pretended that she did not understand we had opted for the meal. we had to put our foot down to get the meal. and buy the coffee which we really did not want. she billed 10 pence less and then made a fuss about it. we still offered to pay by card as we had no coins, and now she wanted us to but something for 1 euro to use the card. this was the most ridiculous experience in my travels across Europe.
