Been here several times over the years for lunch, not for the apres. Generally have had a nice time for lunch even if prices are a little high but is to be expected. However in the last year they have made changes that unfortunately mean I will not return and would not recommend to anyone. Firstly the food quality has gone downhill massively, bolognaise is watery and full of small twigs from seasoning they haven’t bothered to remove - choking hazard. Chips are plentiful but they were burned to a crisp with no flavour at all. Lastly they have introduced a horrid policy of charging you to use the toilets 50 cents even for paying customers. And they have 2 solemn looking men completely blocking the stairs to the bathroom to bully you into paying. Also patting down people at about 1:45 pm coming in for lunch. If it was at 3-4pm for apres I would understand but this was before 2pm my elderly parents being aggressively patted down just trying to come for a bad lunch. Paid £50 for an awful burger and chips and a tiny glass of wine only to be bullied into paying to use the bathroom.

Someone skied into my sons leg immediately outside this bar. After being carried in by his friends he asked the staff several times for help and an emergency number, explaining that he couldn't walk (it was broken), they said someone was coming several times but no one came in 1 hour and a half, they tried calling an emergency number but everyone just kept saying go to the medical centre, when clearly, he couldn't walk. They then kicked him and his friend out into the snow after 5pm because they were closing!!! Luckily they managed to flag down a snow plough who gave them a lift to the nearest town. I realise it wasn't the staff's responsibility but when you are in a foreign country and you are seriously hurt what a terrible shame on humanity that nobody had the decency to call the emergency services for him. I'm sorry but with the huge amount of nationals that overlooked him that day I really can't have seen this would have happened anywhere in the UK or if he was a national. Shame on you all!

Le Folie Douce is an unforgettable après-ski bar that perfectly captures the spirit of the mountainside. With its vibrant atmosphere, it offers a fantastic mix of bass-heavy live music that gets everyone in the mood to unwind after a day on the slopes. The views are simply stunning, adding to the overall experience as you enjoy your drink. The combination of great tunes, beautiful surroundings, and an energetic vibe makes it a must-visit spot for anyone looking to soak in the mountain’s charm.
