Val Burger Pizza — Restaurant in Albertville

What can I say... the worst 'fast' food experience I've ever had. A 70 minute wait for dry, bland pizza. If you dare ask the staff how much longer your food will be, the staff just mock you (as they did to the other customer in front of me too). When we finally brought our food back we realised they had omitted the sauces and half the chicken (ordered and paid for). Do yourself and the resort a favour and go literally anywhere else in Val Thorens so this business can be replaced by one that actually cares about its customers...

Val Burger Pizza is a terrible operation that attracts a surprisingly large number of unfortunate holidaymakers. The queue is long, the food is cold and the service is agonisingly slow. I could elaborate further as to the incompetence of the staff but I won't as they were clearly understaffed and inexperienced.

After having waited patiently for around 30minutes in -10°, words cannot describe the extent of my disappointment upon receiving stone cold chips. It's simply not acceptable, hence...

We ordered 1 pizza peperoni in the blistering cold, after hours it was still not ready, my child was very cold and wanted to leave.
