Brasserie Les Retrouvailles — Restaurant in Annecy

After we were seated we waited at least 15minutes before our order was taken. The wrong food was then brought out to us. We had asked for water which was not brought out to us even when we asked 3 times. We watched as our waiter continued to bring out water and baskets of bread to all other tables while ignoring us. We ended up having to ask another waiter if we could please have some water. By this stage we had pretty much finished our meal. We were not given the bread. We couldn't understand the behaviour of the waiter. The only thing that we can put it down to is that we do not speak French, besides the basics of thank you etc.

Extremely disappointed. On top of the terrible customer service one of our meals was not brought out as advertised on the menu. We did not have the chance to question this as we were pretty much ignored the whole time.

Spend your money elsewhere! Plenty of other great places to...

Very nice restaurant on a main walking street, with beautiful old buildings , shops and restaurants.

Pleasant interiors, comfortable seating indoor and outdoor. The downside is the restroom, it’s small and not easily accessible, there are steps and a narrow door.

Very good food, fresh and tasty, in good size portions. We had an embarrassing misunderstanding, we thought we ordered a vegetarian salad, Google Translate had no idea what Rosette is (evidently it’s a French specialty with pork and a lot of fat, not for us).

The server and manager were very professional, kind and understanding. They replaced it with another salad, which was great.

Bonjour avec un ami en fauteuil roulant nous avons été super bien accueillis et les serveuses sans soucis nous ont installé s a l interieure de la salle qui est assez petite La serveuse nous a fait lire l avis mécontent d un groupe de personnes handicapés Jai échangé avec la serveuse et je crois su il s agit d un malentendu car elle avait l air très sinc6 et affecté de cet avis La serveuse m a expliqué qu il y avait 8 fauteuils et vu la petite salle il est impossible d installer ne serait ce que 4 fauteuils moi moi-même j etzis avec un ami en fauteuil Nous sommes restés 2 heures dans ce bar et vraiment il doit s agir d un malentendu car elle semblait sincère et désolée A la plage des marquisatss il y a un chalet s ack et bien La ya noté en gros on ne chauffe pas les biberons? Quelle honte comme si on ne pouvait pas être juste un petit peu humain en permettant à un bébé de pouvoir avoir son biberon Etant maman si on me chauffe le biberon en contre partie je consomme Ya des gens inhumains et pas du tout professionnels surtout a annecy et intolérants J espere que la personne qui a accompagnait ce groupe de personnes handicapés pourra retourner dans cet endroit et discuter avec la serveuse car elle avait l air sincèrement désolée Voila je ne prends pas partie je serai la 1ère a condamner de tel comportements mais la je suis restée 2 heures dans cet endroit et bp discuté avec la serveuse et parfois on blesse les gens et ya des malentendus et une explication cela...
