Queen Mamma — Restaurant in Annecy

It was one of the worst experiences in Annecy... I chose this place by its name in a crucial moment for my 3 years old daughter who needed a visit to the toilet...I was imagining I will find the empathy we needed and then enjoy a snack together... The two waiters insisted the toilet is only for guests then smacked a bar door in our face.. after ordering a water they told me where I could find the little room... It was very dirty overall so I instantly regretted the choice... The bad feeling persisted for hours... I felt humiliated and disappointed... I sincerely hope for a better world for my kids... Try harder Queen Mamma... You're not the prettiest...

It's one of the only restaurants open after the lunchtime rush, the other restaurants close, so we were happy to find it. Lovely athmospheric dining outdoors, we got the only seats left inside on the ground floor and they were perfect because you could see the action in the kitchen and the people walking by outside. I had the lasagna and it was fantastic exactly what you want with a nice glass of wine. The rest of the family had pizzas and said they were excellent. I've just given four stars to the actual restaurant itself as the toilet had no toilet paper at all and wasn't very clean but otherwise I would recommend...

I used to be a regular customer of this pizzeria until recently. It's an extremely low-quality establishment where it's dirty inside, but despite this, the pizza and pasta are tasty.

Today's situation completely discouraged me from ever visiting this place again. I politely asked to use the restroom (this time I wasn't eating there, just passing by), and I was refused, even though I am a customer, just not this time. Trying to access the restroom despite the refusal, I was met with unwarranted physical force and insults. It seems this already low-quality restaurant has sunk even...
