As an American, yes sorry, this brunch wasn’t that great and I wouldn’t go out of my way to wait in line for over an hour again. Several problems: Nothing sans gluten. Not even an offer to substitute something else. Half the meal had wheat in some form or other in it. My husband and I had to trade individual components of the meal so he would have something to eat. After waiting for over an hour (with 2 little kids in tow) we were seated. We had just gotten our menus delivered when a guy, possibly the owner or manager came up to us asking if we would sit inside so they could let a big group have our table. This felt a little insulting. Especially after such a long wait. Google says they are open until 15h which is 3pm but they had a sign up around 1:45 saying no more seatings. Brunch should last all afternoon. The food was not great. I didn’t feel particularly nourished after it. The pancakes were heavy and rubbery. The eggs were scrambled, no option for over easy or sunny side up. The coffee served was tiny. The food is the same set menu for everyone so not that much difficulty in the kitchen to offer made to order eggs. Some good points Looks like local good quality products Refills on the drinks They let our two little kids share the kids menu. Cute decor and nice atmosphere.

Read moreWe sat down and ordered 2 glasses of wine - the glasses were brought out and as she was putting them down we are told we have to order food to keep our table outside. This was not communicated with us earlier, and there were plenty of tables free anyway.
Not fancies any of the food we just asked for some cookies - few minutes later the manager comes and tells us that’s not enough.
Needles to say we just got up and left. We were not told we have to order food when we ordered our drinks, and instead of recognising their mistake, we felt like we were being pushed to order. Clearly a lack of customer service, would not recommend.
** in response to your reply: We did not pay for our wine as we did not touch them because we were told we are not allowed to sit at our table. Lesson for you for the future: you need to tell your customers BEFORE you serve them drinks that they have to order food to keep their table not AFTER. Their response again shows lack of customer service - such a...
Read moreWe came here for breakfast on Saturday morning. We were not allowed to sit at our table of choice because the person arranging seating was “saving that table for 3 people or 2 adults with a child” and we were only 2. I could not understand that given that that table was set for 2 people and the restaurant was very empty. Needless to say by the time we were leaving that table (and plenty other) remained unoccupied but unfortunately our meal was ruined by that situation. I don’t understand how a person clearly lacking people skills and empathy is working as the first point of contact with the customers. It’s a shame because all other staff were very pleasant and helpful and service was quick...
