Pho Valmy — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

Big portion. However the soup base is not suited for Asian palates. Less flavourful. The Pho noodle used was too thick. The above rating was based on comparing it with Pho in Vietnam. No hard feelings.

Service was fast maybe because the simplicity of preparation and minimum menu choices. Staff was ok. Smiling though.

Had Pho here today. Taste wise, was rather blend, the rice noodle were hard and chewy. When I enter the restaurant there were four staff and when I greeted the staff in Vietnamese, there were no response. Don't get me wrong, they are generally friendly. Later I heard them speaking in mandarin amongst themselves that explained why no response to Vietnamese greetings (fyi - I can't speak French). I would not be back anytime soon as it didn't...

Affordable price, the pho is tasteful as a Asian lover food. It is comparable to the very good restaurant in 13 th.
