I am sure the guy who was at front knows that he will be getting minimum star, considering his attitude deserve -5 star.
We were travelling to France for last couple of days and decided to have an Indian lunch before entering Switzerland this afternoon. Our journey and experience in England and France was amazing so far, until we entered the door of this restaurant.
Guy at the front ( possibly owner or manager) said ‘you can go’ , when we asked him to try to prepare the meal urgently as our bus will be leaving soon. Considering the limited time and giving benefit of doubt to his mental health, we didnt think arguing with him was the best option.
We had our meal in a messy backyard (called Terrace by him). Roti were burnt or not cooked, no napkins on table, water was not served , staff didnt worry about asking for anything during our time there (apx 10 mins, as we hated the place and wanted to leave asap). It may be because he didnt study English in school, but either way his behavior was pathetic.
I am sure having all lights, AC off and throwing all the customers in backyard during a hot day must be saving him few €€ , which is much needed for this guy to attend some English manners and customer service classes !!!
It appears the guy didnt want any Indian customers ( same said by person who given last 1 star review) , he may need to check out the mirror when he get chance to confirm his own looks , as he gonna hate the face he sees there as well.
Avoid getting in this restaurant, unless you have euros to waste + willing to have your day and the journey spoiled.

Read moreWe were very disappointed by the service. We had to wait a long time before they would even take our drinks order, and then they only brought one drink and didn’t mention anything about the other. We understood it was busy, but there was no communication. They just put the one drink on the table and walked away. I asked a bit later about my drink and the waiter responded with a rude tone. When they took our food order, the waiter was also rude and walked away mid-order.. he only came back 15 mins later, which was very strange. We received the wrong naan bread and ended up paying for the extra (wrong) naan too.. The food was okay, but the rude service made it an unpleasant experience for us. One of the waiters was friendly and apologetic (employee?) and the other waiter was rude and unhelpful (owner?). We also noticed that some other people came in much later after us and were helped way sooner. Maybe they aren’t as kind to tourists?? Anyway, would not recommend...
Read moreGoogle doesn't allow less than 1 star so I had to choose. Worst ever restaurant I've been. Didn't even get the food instead the guy suggested to try another (competitors) restaurant not sure why. May be he had enough of the business or may be don't like Indians to sit in his restaurant still he is running Indian restaurant business. We simply asked that we didn't get good Indian food since 1 week as most of the Indian restaurant in France are owned by Pakistani or other asians. Bro didn't hesitate to tell us that " I can only serve what is in the Menu" . You don't expect this from an Indian when customer is god for us and specially someone from our country, you do beyond you can. Anyways, we left and visited the suggested place by him and believe me it's the best place for vegetarian food. Pure vegetarian Indian food in whole Europe by a french guy. Name is Lunchbox in the same...
