I drove an hour and a half from Belgium to get me some Steak ‘n Shake and of course the first thing that happens is there was a hard communication problem. So instead I had to point at the menu. I asked for a kid’s menu with a hotdog, but of course they do not sell them anymore. It’s still on website’s menu and it’s in the promotional video displayed in the store. So of course my son didn’t eat his burger and that was a waste. Secondly I asked for the egg and bacon burger, and I only got the bacon burger Thirdly I also asked for the jalapeño burger, and it came with only 4 jalapeño slices. Also the burgers were really dry, as if they were using regular ground meat with no fat content. then actual steak meat, that does contain a higher fat content that makes the meat juicy.

Very poor hygiene had been in with my with 2 burgers and chips my wife hates onions and asked me to check to see which 1 had onions on .........checked my burger and their was a bug crawling about in the onions obviously still alive for some reason manager thought it was ok to make me another burger ....couldn't go back there if it wasnt for my wife being so fussy then I would have probably have eaten the same thing ....stay away ..........took it up to the desk and it was not until the girl seen their was a bug in it she rushed it away through the back yuck ....check your burgers before you eat in their....I'm...
