American Review - 🍷 If you are ever in Colmar, this wine bar is an excellent place to unwind! Not only are the husband and wife who run it extremely knowledgeable and kind, but the food and wine are utter perfection as well. 🥰 🥂

💳 They have a fun feature where you can put money on a card and go up to their wine tasting bar and select how much you would like to try of each of the wines. First time I have seen that over here in Europe!

🙈 We definitely drank a little too much last night, and I am nursing a teeny hangover, but it was worth it! That last wine they paired with out chocolate dessert! Ugh... to die for! 🍷 🤤

🇬🇧 They are very friendly towards English speakers and speak English quite well! They took the extra time to answer our questions and even hand out some really cool extras as well. ♥️

If you're looking for a place where you can savor every last drop of your wine and contemplate the mysteries of life in between courses, look no further. The wine? Delicious, obviously. The food? Also amazing – I’m still dreaming about it. The service? Incredibly friendly, almost as if they know you’ll be hanging out with them for the long haul.

But be sure to pack your Sudoku, a novel, maybe even an entire Netflix series downloaded to your phone, because you're going to have plenty of "me time" in between ordering your next round. We waited a good 30 minutes before we could ask for more, and mind you, this wasn’t at a packed restaurant. There were 20 people tops, and three servers. Wonderful place to try some French and Alsacian wines. We tried the cheese board, with 4 cheeses (3 local) and it came with plenty of bread. We had a beautiful cremant, plus tried their self service tastings (several whites and reds on offer). The owners spoke French, German and English, which made it very easy for us Australians!
