Pause Café — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

I recently visited a Pause Café and had an incredibly negative experience. The waiter was extremely rude and when I asked if there were any dairy-free options, he responded with a dismissive tone and said, " Lactose free milk is not real milk and here in Colmar we sell real things". This is very ignorant of him as there are people with lactose intolerance like myself, and "real milk as he said" can make us very sick for many hours. It is very disappointing to see this lack of empathy and professionalism in the service industry. I will never go bak there nor I will ever recommend...

We were searching for cafes in Colmar, as most are closed for the holiday season. We stumbled upon this cafe, and the Americano and café latte were decent despite its appearance.

This is amazing cafe in Colmar. It is nice for the Nomade to do some work or a Student. The place is super cozy and very friendly. The prices are amazing and you can just sit and look out the window at the beautiful street while you eat, read, type or what ever you do. The food and coffee is also magnificent.
