When I first entered the restaurant and asked for a table for one, I was greeted by a man who assured me they didn't have any pizza or baked potatoes. I didn't know if he was trying to be funny, rude because I had an obvious accent or it was true. I told him "I'll live without" since I hadn't planned to fly halfway across the globe to go to a French restaurant for pizza or a baked potato. Likely he was being rude since I saw others order pizzas. I waited about 10 minutes before I waved down a server to ask for a glass of wine. It took another 5-10 minutes to receive the wine as the waitress was busy chatting with a patron or a friend, I don't know. Overall, the first two interactions put a bad taste in my mouth. The restaurant is expensive and frankly not very fancy...it reminded me of an Olive Garden. They were even stingy with the bread, and gave me one roll which I started eating and ruined my appetite because the service took so long. I ordered from the editorial menu, the main course was large and I wish I hadn't eaten it all but I wanted to leave the restaurant immediately after realizing that the poor service was just towards me. An older French couple came in while I was eating my main course and they were greeted immediately, given some nuts and asked for their drink order immediately. At that point, I regretted even wasting my money here. I wish I had canceled my order and left after the length of time it took to receive a glass of wine and the poor service. A second waitress took over my service and she was nice but at that point my evening out was ruined. I regret spending the €59,20 on my meal here. There are much nicer restaurants...

Went there yesterday with my friend and the waiter (I wish I got his name) was rude right off the bat.
When it came to dealing with the menus, despite the fact that we are both fluently bilingual...he was irritated at the fact that he had to bring English menus (which we didn't ask for and told him French ones were fine).
The food was just ok for the price. As I love mussels, I decided to go for those and many of them were either closed or were so small they might as well been closed. I would have let the waiter know but he never came to check on us and was rude and dismissive when we tried to get his attention. It was like he was avoiding us the entire night. We made it quite clear that we spoke French and if he wasn't comfortable serving us due to a language barrier...he should have said something.
Was hit in the head by a batch of menus as the waiter was serving the table next to us and wasn't apologized to.
Overall a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time...
Read moreAs Aussie visitors to Dijon, we really enjoyed dining at this restaurant. On our first visit we ordered pizza and shared between 2. It was delicious. A children’s menu had several offerings, and our child liked her pizza followed by a Nutella crêpe. A second visit saw us eating a salad and a Laos Wok. The salad was generous, with plenty of chicken, bacon and hard boiled egg. The tasty Wok dish had a generous helping of prawns. Our final visit was just for mainly drinks, but I ordered 6 snails which were nice with a bit of added salt. We found the service to be excellent at this restaurant with the staff speaking a little English. Between a little French, a little English, and Google translate, we were able to have a small conversation. They also had English on the menu. By the way, for travelers, hospitality staff are often the only people we speak to and add the magic to...
