Worst of the worst. I'm not a complainer at all and I try to see the best in everything but this restaurant really is the worst. We traveled for 3 weeks trough the Provence and Cote a Zur and we never experienced a more worse restaurant then this one.
It started great, we got a nice table with a nice view of the sea. We ordered Salmon Carpacio for a starter, Mussles and Filet Mignon for main. A bottle of red wine and sparkling water.
Sitting on the terrase, we saw that all the food was comming from the restaurant accross the street on the corner. A restaurant we really didn't want to sit because it just looked like a tourist trap. Later we learned that we also were sitting at a tourist trap..
The red wine (+/- €30) was oke, not great. We've had a lot more better local wines.
It started with the starter, the salmon was raw offcourse but we didn't trusted the freshnes at all. Flavour was off and presentation was,, well there was no presentation. The salmon filet even had some hard tendons. So we didn'n finish this course.
After the started we doubted to stay. Having a bottle of red wine on the table gave us the desision the gave them the benifit of the doubt.
So then the main came: A plate with a mountain of overcooked re-heated mussles which tasted so bad that we were afraid finishing the plate would make us sick. The Filet Mignon was, well at first it seemed to be cooked good, but it tasted really weird like it was boiled instead of grilled.
We decided not to finish our plates and leave. On that moment, to put the cherry on the cream a big gust of wind blew our wine all over the table and broke the glasses. This is offcouse something the restaurant coudn't help but they could have helped us a lot more cleaning the table. They just didn't knew what to do.
After paying way too much (€93,00) for all this, we went to a little restaurant around the corner in Rue du Petit Saint-Jean and had one of the best truffle linguine ever.
Please don't be fooled by this restaurant and...
Read moreI experienced truly disappointing staff behavior. I was with a friend, and as soon as we arrived, we were seated at a table next to some acquaintances of the staff, who were immediately given bread while we were not, likely forgotten. We brushed it off, but then the waiter accidentally dropped a bottle and spilled water all over my friend. It was a mistake, but there was no apology or assistance offered to help him dry off. This attitude is completely inappropriate for a paying customer.
Since my friend’s pants were completely soaked, we decided to leave and go to the cashier to pay. The woman at the register didn’t even look at us and handed us the card reader to pay for the cover charge and water (9€), even though we hadn’t consumed any (most of it was spilled on my friend). We pointed out that it was inappropriate, but she didn’t apologize or express any regret, merely saying it wasn’t done on purpose. She made us pay without a word and didn’t say goodbye, making it clear that the establishment is only interested in making money, not in customer satisfaction. Absolutely not...

We walked in hoping for a nice meal, but honestly, we didn’t even make it that far. First red flag? No soap in the toilet. In 2025. No soap. When I politely mentioned it to the waiter, he literally shrugged and said, “I don’t care.” No apology, no fix, just pure attitude.
That kind of response tells you everything you need to know about this place. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in basic hygiene or customer service.
The staff acted like they were doing us a favour just by acknowledging we were there. Not once did anyone smile, offer help, or even pretend to care. The energy was cold and hostile from the second we walked in.
We didn’t even stay for the food—if they treat customers like garbage and don’t care about basic cleanliness, how can you trust what’s coming out of the kitchen?
We walked out and will never be back. Absolutely zero stars if I could. Avoid this place like it’s...
