THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in Europe. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your beautiful trip in France. The food was ok. Honestly you can find similar dishes anywhere. The view? Ok the view was nice but again, you can find similar views just around the corner—only a couple of steps would lead you to a better view.
Now, the service. The waitress made an order mistake, even though I triple checked with her before placing the order. I asked the manager for a refund but he started to YELL at me straight up to my face to get out. I mean, are you serious? You guys are the ones who made the mistake and now you’re blaming the customer? I do not blame the waitress since she was such a sweet, polite person who sincerely apologized. But I’m talking about the manager (or the owner? I’m not sure) here who could not control his temper because of his employee’s mistake. I understand we are all coming from different countries and we all have different standards of culinary experiences, but this is absolutely not right. It was very rude, irrational, and embarrassing.
To whom who reads this review, this is not how you run your business. You shouldn’t treat your customer only because she is a little asian girl who doesn’t know how to speak french. I hope you understand this better someday.
유럽에서 인생 최악의 경험을 했습니다. 주문 실수는 자기들이 해놓고 시정해 줄 것을 정당하게 요구하니 삿대질하며 소리지르는게 도대체 어느나라 법도입니까? 작은 동양여자가 맹랑하게 말하니 더 만만하게 보였는지 소리지르며 위협하더군요. 그 한마디에 눈물이 팽 돌더니 하루종일 기분 잡쳤습니다. 여기 말고도 맛집 널렸구요, 뷰가 예쁘다고 유명합니다만 솔직히 몇걸음만 옮기면 더 예쁜데 많습니다. 우리 다들 열심히 번 돈 모아서 귀한시간 쓰러 왔잖아요? 서비스와 사장인성이 이렇게 저급한데에서 우리 귀중한 시간 낭비하지맙시다 (정확히는 사장인지 매니저인지 모를 남직원). 그럼에도 불구하고 방문하고 싶으시다면 계산서 체크 잘하세요. 아주 교묘한 인간들입니다.
