Absolutely wonderful find in Grenoble. The owner is so warm and friendly and welcomed us in immediately - his attention on us felt very personal. This is not at all your typical burger joint. It has such a fancy atmosphere, with the beautiful black, white, and gold aesthetics. The menu is limited, but that's because they focus on high quality ingredients that are well sourced. All the foods on the menu are also made with health and calorie-consciousness in mind, and they do not use any oil in their cooking (air fryer, I'm guessing?). As it was our first time here, the owner offered us a fun free thing: he could laser print anything we wanted (text, logo, image) onto our burgers. I've never had a custom laser printed burger before! The Golden burger (crispy chicken) was delightful. Crispy and moist. Combined with the curry mango sauce, it was amazing! Came here for dinner for my last day in Grenoble and was super impressed. Service - Great, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere - Nice, quiet with tables spaced well apart for comfort Food - Perfect! Everything was done perfectly! Hot chicken tenders with curry mango sauce - crispy, tender, not dry at all. Curry mango sauce was interesting and adds flavor to the dish Black burger with truffled mayonnaise sauce - best burger I had in my life. The beef patty was perfect in taste and texture, with a touch of crunchiness. The bun was also warm and crispy and went perfectly with the patty.

Dès l’instant où j’ai franchi le seuil du restaurant Aby’s cones, j’ai eu la sensation de pénétrer dans un univers à part, une véritable parenthèse enchantée. L’accueil, empreint de chaleur et d’élégance, instaure immédiatement une atmosphère de confiance et de raffinement. Chaque membre du personnel se distingue par une attention délicate, presque chorégraphiée, qui transforme le simple repas en une expérience mémorable.

Quant à la cuisine, elle relève sans conteste d’une expérience sensorielle sans égal (la cuisine est faite sans huile). Chaque assiette se présente telle une œuvre d’orfèvrerie culinaire, alliant avec virtuosité esthétique et saveurs (mon assiette a été personnalisé à la demande de mes amis pour la naissance de mon fils). Les ingrédients, d’une fraîcheur locale et irréprochable, sont sublimés par des mariages de goûts audacieux et d’une justesse admirable. À chaque bouchée, l’on perçoit la passion du chef, son exigence et son sens aigu du détail.

Nous avons conclu ce repas d’exception par un thé délicatement parfumé, partagé dans une atmosphère de simplicité raffinée.
