Les Terrasses de la Dime — Restaurant in Les Andelys

la Dime is a beautiful, all outdoor restaurant perfect for a summer evening. The menus is short but the selection of proteins include beef, lamb, duck, fish (sardines, octopus, bass), all cooked on an outdoor grill. The drink list was also nice and sufficient. The tomato salad was wonderful as it was the season. The fish crudo and deviled eggs were also nicely done. We had the duck (fantastic), the lamb(excellent) and the sardines (delicious). You pick the protein and which sauce you want and either fries or salad. We shared the fog tart and chocolate mousse (so French and chocolatey). Defiantly would come here...

The meat was good so with that they got my heart, also the price was fair as you pay the same for really bad meat in most restaurants that are in way less lovely environments. The atmosphere is perfect, the view, the dishes a 10. The bread and the cheese were also very good. People that complain about how fast things are do not realize that they are more like making you the favor to stay longer. Nevertheless, it's also true that some things are irrationally expensive, the ricotta and vinegar ice cream was half of the price of the meat and it was just one ball and the taste... well, no comments. Restaurant en terrasse à proscrire !!!! Un service interminable,un service décousu,servi dans des assiettes à dessert très jolies certes mais rien dedans. Le magret a point servi saignant ,un jeune cuisinier qui travaille en tee shirt et jette les frites à pleine main sans pince ni gant .Dans les cantines d'entreprises il y a 2 fois plus d'hygiène. Les accompagnements qui arrivent 1 /2 heur après la viande ou l le poisson froid,du bar grillé qui arrive froid ...incroyable !!!! Nous étions 12 quand on ne peu pas assurer un service correctement on accepte pas la réservation. Et très cher. Dommage le vin y est très bon heure vu le prix. Nous sommes allés prendre un dessert au restaurant du musée Américain .rien à voir .je vous le conseille vivement de plus ils on un très beau jardin et des toilettes qui ne se trouvent pas en bas d'un dévert de 200 m.les serveurs sont en tenue blouse blanche et tablier. Et adorable servi vite .rien à voir aux entipodes.les photos de votre restaurant ne reflètent pas du tout...
