I am currently visiting Marseille with my family, and after strolling around trying to find a restaurant for 15 minutes, we decided upon this restaurant.
Food: 4/5 I got the sea bream, which was around 18 EUR, and the Daikiri [...] cocktail.
Firstly, I would like to embarrassingly admit that I was a little disappointed that my drink did not come with any alcohol. While this does feel like a very particular problem, I do believe I was misled because I ordered the drink from the 'Cocktail' section of the drink menu. Perhaps I should've more closely examined the ingredients of the drink.
My sea bream came with some aioli, salad, and fries (which you have to request) was good. The skin was crispy, and the meat was pretty juicy. The fish was bony, as you would expect, but I felt the fish might've been a little bit too oily. Moreover, I don't think the fish was really seasoned beyond perhaps some salt, pepper, and oil. The fish wasn't bland, but it felt like more could've been achieved.
Service: 4.5/5 Waiters were lovely, and they could speak English, which was useful as I can not speak French. They were polite, checked in on how we were doing once, and brought the food out relatively quickly. They also provided tap water out when we asked, however it did take a while to get their attention after we were finished eating.
Atmosphere: 4/5 The location was great, with a beautiful view of the river and the surrounding street. The roof was also collapsable, and with the beautiful weather, it was a great environment. My issues were that the table and the area did feel a little cramped.
Overall: 4.5/5 The location of the venue was undeniably beautiful and very close to the center of liveliness of the area (there was a free concert playing about 2 minutes away from us). As we were leaving, the waiters were also nice enough to inform my sister that she had dropped her phone, and given the reputation my friends have built around Marseille, I can say we greatly appreciated...

We were thankful that they were open when France was on strike and the Vieux Port restaurants were all closed.
We ordered Salmon with Tagliatelle and fillet steak with house fries and Roquefort sauce. It came with salad.
The Salmon was good, and the anise sauce tasty, but the tagliatelle wasn't hot.
The fillet steak had been folded over to make it look like fillet steak, but who serves fillet steak that is no more than 15mm thick? This was a rump steak or entrecote, not fillet. It was also verging on cold. The fries were good and well seasoned, the roquefort sauce lacked any flavour of Roquefort, it was just cream. The salad, a few leaves and half a cherry tomato that had gone over.
Strangely, they didn't serve alcoholic drinks. Just soft drinks and coffee. So no crisp glass of white with the salmon or glass of local red with the steak.
Oh, and the bread was stale and the waiter dropped an empty tray on my wife.
Rather underwhelming and I'm sure you'll find infinitely better on a day when there isn't a French...

Et elle est crie plusieur fois elle est malade Bref je prend sur moi car je voulais pas m’énerve m’afficher en plein resto Elle vien avec le plat en disant vous m’avez demandé se plat on lui explique se qu’on a demandé elle dit nan mais sa existe pas se plat la ! Et elle répète je comprend mais sa existe pas donc vous aimer pas cette forme de pattes la ! Je reprend encore sur moi en expliquant non si j’aimais j’aurais pas demandé des penné . Elle repart et change mon plat en penne poulet Entre temps un de c’est collègue demande si on avais réservé elle ose dire non ils on pas réservé Mon mari très patient a craqué en disant Écoute si t pas content on se barre tu crois on t’entend pas depuis talleur t la tu dit elle est malade qu’on a pas réservé ! Je dit rien depuis talleur mais c bon au bout d’un moment !
