THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in Starbucks!!! I was ordering mocha blanc size « venti » After I was waiting I remind the price they charged seems little bit wired so I found they charged me the « petit » Before I get my drink I turned back to inform, the manager heard it and he just take a look and said « c’est fait » And keep doing their work ???!!!!! Not ever saying sorry or any solution ?!
After I told the cashier « but in fact you can just change a bigger one for me no?! » However yes they do really change a one for me But I don’t think they added more drink as the size I paid. In one second you just gave me the drink and told me « voila venti »?!!! In that momentum was like ok thank you but after I see the drink contient I went back to ask them if they did add more for me or just change the cup?! He said they did! But you guys really think the drink in this venti vacuous is normal ?!!!!! THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT INHAVE SUCH A BAD MOOD AFTER #STARBUCKS
Oh yea btw, they refund me directly the cash and asked me paid again, there’s no problem to see the result however, they don’t even ask me which way I want to refund, they just choose they way which more convenient...
Read moreIt has the "Starbucks" title, but it is not an SB! For one, they are beyond slow. I have seen molasses from trees moving at speeds faster than them. Also, while there, I watched the cashier wipe his nose with his hand and then grab food from the oven. The barista changed the trash bag, never washed her hands, but still made drinks. I also witnessed them yelling at a couple for ordering takeaway and sitting instead of ordering "for here." Mind you, it was at 0630, and no one was there.

Read more1 étoile parceque je ne peux pas mettre -1. Service catastrophique. Ne dépensez pas votre argent car les boissons sont mal faites,les pâtisseries encore congelées et vous allez passer une mauvaise expérience.
1 star because I can't give -1. Awful service. Don't spend your money there,the drinks are tasteless,the cakes still frozen and you won't have a good experience,on the contrary.
Maya a la caisse était déjà en train d'insulter et râler auprès de sa collegue Daphnée à propos du client précédent lorceque nous sommes passées à la caisse. Extrêmement désagréable, répond comme si on l'a insulté quand on confirme la commande avec elle. Est trop occupée à continuer râler quand on passe au paiement pour demander si l'on paie ensemble ou séparément. Daphnée nous sert. Même combat , elle nous remet les boissons,il y a confusion sur la boisson remise a ma soeur. Lorceque ma soeur se rend compte que ce n'est pas sa boisson, Daphnée vient la voir et lui dit ''Vous connaissez même pas vos boissons ! '' non ,désolé,on ne travail pas ici,nous.
