The Pad Thai at this restaurant was, without exaggeration, a damn nightmare on a plate. I don't know what kind of culinary crime they committed back there, but the noodles and sauce were literally one fused, gelatinous mass—a sticky, clumpy blob that looked and tasted like someone dumped a bucket of glue onto it and let it sit under a heat lamp for hours. I couldn’t even tell where the noodles ended and the sauce began because the whole thing was just a solid, starchy brick.

The sauce, if you can even call it that, had the consistency of rubber cement, and it was so damn sticky that my fork practically got stuck in it. And the flavor? Nonexistent. It was like they took a bottle of the cheapest, most disgusting sweet syrup they could find, boiled it until it congealed, and called it "sauce." No tang, no spice, nothing but this sickeningly sweet, tasteless sludge that coated everything like some hellish adhesive.

Premièrement, l'hygiène laisse sérieusement à désirer : il n'est pas rare de voir des pigeons entrer dans le restaurant et picorer dans les plats destinés aux clients, ce qui est inacceptable à tous les niveaux. De plus, l'organisation du service semble aléatoire, car à plusieurs reprises, des clients arrivés après moi ont été servis en premier, ce qui pose question sur l'efficacité du personnel.

L'état de propreté général du restaurant est également préoccupant. Les tables et le sol sont souvent sales, donnant une impression de négligence qui gâche l'expérience culinaire. Pire encore, les toilettes ne sont pas nettoyées régulièrement, ce qui soulève de graves questions d'hygiène.

En ce qui concerne la nourriture, le riz servi est sec et loin d'être à la hauteur des attentes. Même les couverts ne sont pas épargnés par ce manque de propreté, m'obligeant à demander à deux reprises un remplacement pour obtenir enfin quelque chose d'acceptable.
