Firstly, I recommend making a reservation. This restaurant is usually full, even during weekdays. The atmosphere was nice. There was, however, a lack of air conditioning. This is common in France. It became quite hot while we were dining. The food was excellent. We received it quickly. However, we never received a pitcher of water until we were completely done with our meal. Not ideal. The waitress delivered the food and our bottle of wine quickly. We barely saw her after that. I was a server for many years; I understand "being in the weeds" as we say in the U.S. She was busy. Unfortunately, as the night progressed my significant other and I got the impression that she was either in a bad mood or that she didn't like us for some reason. The platting of the salmon was smaller than what I've had a year ago but the taste was still so good. I've also had the best white wine I have ever tasted. They have a lot of wine varieties so you can ask what you want and they will suggest you.
The staff are very welcome and handy. They also pay attention in case you need anything so it was very helpful for me. The place tend to get busy/crowded for diner so it would be better to do reception or book for your table. Luckily I always have my table so I am very happy.
