Carnival Cuisine Italienne — Restaurant in Nice

Quando io ed il mio compagno trascorriamo qualche giorno a Mentone il ristorante Carnival è una tappa imprescindibile. Piccolo edificio storico di grande fascino. Stavolta data la temperatura abbiamo cenato nella sala interna ma è molto bello anche all'esterno nella piccola terrazza ombreggiata e protetta dalle piante. Ambiente gradevole e atmosfera rilassante (finalmente un posto dove sanno tenere la musica veramente come sottofondo). Materie prime di altissima qualità (pesce del giorno e pasta di Gragnano) e preparazioni eccellenti. Vi invito a gustare gli spaghetti all'aragosta o ai frutti di mare e a non perdervi il branzino al forno che il proprietario e Chef, Riccardo, prepara con maestria. Fantastica anche la Tarte Tatin della casa. A portare una ulteriore nota positiva l'ottimo servizio fornito da Michele, responsabile di sala solerte e molto simpatico. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Lorsque que mon mari et moi même séjournons à Menton le restaurant Carnival est une etape incontournable. Petit batimant historique de charme. Cette fois-ci, vu la temperature, nous avons diné à l’interieur mais il est trés agreable aussi à l’exterieur sur la terrasse ombragée et protegée par les plantes. Ambiance plaisante et atmosphere relaxante. Produits de trés haute qualité (poisson du jour et pates de Gragnano) et preparations excellentes. Je vous invite à gouter les spaghetti à la langouste ou aux fruits de mer et à ne pas manquer de gouter le loup au four que le proprietaire et Chef, Riccardo, preparés avec maestria. Fantastique aussi la Tarte Tatin faite maison. A porter une ulterieure note positive l’impeccable service fourni par Michele, responsable du service dinamique, efficace et trés sympatique.
