Read moreThe most unbelievable person what I meet in my life ! You should know that being a regular customer of a bar is not enough to use a negresco toilet…. Today was a cloudy Sunday and we decided to sit at the bar. There was a waiting line so we decided to use the toilet to save time. But we were stopped by a rude guard who said, "no, I saw you, you didn't enter the bar, you're not from here." My attempts to explain to him that there was a line and we would quickly return only led to him saying, "you're not a customer here, you don't live, you don't know anything You are not of this country. You came here, I live here and I know everything." When I heard all this, I took out my phone and turned on the camera, he told me I would smash your phone. I remind you that everything happens in a 5-star hotel, where I was not the first time, and he does not recognize me that I am a client. And I live in the same building as this hotel, the Negresco residence. And I met such rudeness and inadequacy for the first time in several years. So much for democracy and equality. One guard, who does not even have a name badge, decided that he was the king and decides who can live in France and even more so wash their hands in the toilet. Oh, yes, he also came up with the idea that the director was calling him and that he forbade us to come. Such an interesting player. Because on photo his manager was so...
Read moreI recently visited the Negresco Hotel in Nice and was thoroughly disappointed with the level of service. Upon arrival, we asked the valet parking if we could have lunch, to which they responded affirmatively. We handed over our car for parking, only to be met with an unwelcoming and cold attitude at the restaurant. The receptionist didn’t greet us with a simple “hello,” but instead asked in a rather unfriendly tone, "Are you a hotel guest?" We explained that we had been there with friends who had a suite the previous two days. Despite this, the receptionist refused to seat us.
For a hotel that claims to offer luxury and high standards of hospitality, this experience was a complete letdown. Their treatment of non-hotel guests reflects a poor understanding of what true hospitality should be.
We left and had lunch elsewhere, where our Rolls Royce was parked without any issue, and we were warmly welcomed. It's clear that Negresco has much to learn about customer service, and I certainly won’t...
