I recently had the misfortune of dining at "Smash Me" in Nice, and it was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I've ever endured. Here's a breakdown of the myriad ways in which this establishment fails spectacularly:

Service: The service was abysmal. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive. Our waitress, who was clearly uninterested in her job, was smoking right in front of us, filling the air with smoke while we tried to eat. To make matters worse, she barely acknowledged us and seemed annoyed when we had questions. When we finally managed to place our order, she didn’t take us seriously and even rolled her eyes at our requests.

Food: The food was horrendous. It took a staggering 30 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and tasteless. The presentation was sloppy, and the portions were miserably small for the exorbitant prices they charge. The burger was dry, the fries were soggy, and the salad was wilted and looked like it had been sitting out for hours.

Price: The prices were outrageously high for the quality (or lack thereof) of the food and service. I felt completely ripped off paying so much for such a disappointing meal.

Customer Care: When we tried to complain about our experience, we were met with indifference and rudeness. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the staff clearly didn't care about our dissatisfaction. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation.

Overall: "Smash Me" is a complete disaster of a restaurant. From the deplorable service to the inedible food, and the dirty environment, it is evident that the management does not care about their customers. Save your money and your stomach; avoid "Smash Me"...

This burger was a big disappointment. The bun was tasteless, like chewing paper. The cheddar was just for decoration — you can’t even taste it. The meat? Honestly, not good. Dry, bland, and completely forgettable.

As for sauces — all they offer is ketchup, mayo, and mustard. That’s it. No creativity at all.

They have 5–6 different burgers on the menu, but they’re all basically the same. Maybe one has a different sauce or lettuce, but it’s copy-paste with zero imagination.

The only positive — it was prepared fast, in about 5 minutes. I also wanted to try the fries, but they were out of stock.

This place clearly targets tourists who won’t come back. But a burger isn’t that hard to make — and here, it felt like no one even tried.
