Asia bo bun pops up on my recommended and I walk in to the restaurant. I find a seat and in my broken French I order, "une carafe d'eau et P4 s'il vous plaît". With the first bite of the pho, my insides were instantly warmed and I felt a surge of emotions as it reminded me of my dad's cooking at home.
