Would not recommended. The croque madame was dry and not even fully grilled.
Came for Sunday brunch around 12. There was only one waitress working for the fairly crowded place. This is of course not her fault. Poor restaurant management. She was visibly sweating as she dashed from table to table. It took over 40 minutes after being seated for her to take our order despite her making eye contact with me several times. As the only colored patrons and unfortunate the ones waiting the longest it’s hard to not draw conclusions. Waitress was walking away before we could even finish speaking our order which led to 1. Wrong items and 2. Having to order our drinks after our food already came. I feel sorry for the stress on the lone waitress, perhaps with more support she would have had a better attitude but was unfortunately flat out rude. Croissant was cold (and not what we ordered) but nice! The juice is from a bottle and not fresh squeezed. My friend said the dry baguette and butter was better than the croque madame.
My friend ordered a cappuccino and was served a mocha with heaps of unmixed chocolate on top of the foam. We had to scoop it off to make it edible.
Management needs to provide more support to the kitchen staff and front of house. I will...
Read moreI'm pretty positive that I was racially profiled here. I was seated outside, enjoying my mediocre food when the waiter came by in a huff to tell me that his manager wanted me to pay for my meal right this instant. I was even planning on ordering dessert! But I guess the manager assumed that I was a flight risk due to being black and seated outside? Obviously, I cannot prove this, but I was literally the only person of color and the only person being told to pay while everyone else had to ask for their check. Food was extremely basic. I've definitely made better at home. I live right around the corner from this place and vow to never...
Read moreThe worst food experience in Paris. We ordered tatar, escargos and catal cheese. Tatar is a disaster.. melted meat from supermarket, the chef of the kitchen did not even make an effort to change a shape ..super faty and tastless. Not to mention that served without salt and peper ! ( once asked ..melted white peper served!!!).The catal cheese smell like old fish, most probably stored with fish in the same fridge. Bar tender super loaud and behaving like in the 'road pub'. Definitelly to high prices to low...
