Extremely TERRIBLE experience tonight in the restaurant !!!!!!
Firstly I want to say I am Chinese, and I went to the restaurant with other three of Chinese friends to this bar for the happy hour drink and dinner.
The bill was 156.5 euro in total, as we ordered different foods, so it would be easier and more convenient for us and the waiter to divide by 4 people, so each has to pay 39.125. The number is a bit tricky. So one of my friend just directly paid 40, and the rest of us finished the payment by 3.
In france, it’s legal and common to use ticket restaurant for the bill but maximum 25 euro per day. So most of us, just paid part of ticket restaurant and cash or card.
The waiter didn’t require or give any suggestions to us during the payment process. So in the end, I just gave 25 euro ticket and 20 euro cash, which means he has to give us back 6.14 for the change.
However, when the guy came back from the caisse, he gave us the IKEA glass cup full of coins of 1/2/5 cents that combines over 6 euro. Maybe at least 40 coins in total, and left me a word “count them yourself”.🆘
Later I went inside to the bar and tried to ask whether is it possible to éxchange some of them to 1 euro coin? But the guy with big beard just said impossible and didn’t have any solutions like asking his colleagues. That’s how they treat they client ( or idk anything related to Im Chinese. )
My bf even called the restaurant to ask whether is it a normal way to treat the client like this, luckily we got the arrogant reply from the same guy said “yes” and a cold hung up, which leads me to make the comment here for everyone.
I could totally accept that if he purpose i could do the payment by card or even a slightly better attitude, but he didn’t and just gave us the red face afterwards.
HAVE TO SAY REALLY REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

We’ve been in Paris for a week (Lisbon prior to Paris on the same trip). Great dining experiences so far, with this restaurant being our first disappointment.
Food was good, not great. Better Italian food elsewhere.
Service was terrible. We sit down. Wait. French family sits down next to us. Offered water and menus. We still waited. Finally we get some attention.
We are offered water. NOT bottled water. I say yes please. We are brought an expensive bottle of water. It’s opened before I can refuse. Tap water is perfectly safe to drink in France (and delicious). French family is given regular tap water.
Later, I ask for chili oil. I like spicy for the pizza. Translation issue maybe but I ask for chili oil. She brings me the spicy sausage appetizer. At this point, I’m annoyed and just accept it. At the end of the meal, I see the chili oil on the French family’s table. I ask the server what is that called. She says “chili oil”.
Paid $20 extra Euros for nothing. Frankly just annoying. If you are not a local, maybe go to other places for better service (and even...

We stopped into Bianca because we were looking a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine and maybe some apps. Bianca had great reviews and on arrival looked great.
We weren’t ready immediately and it took a long time for the waiter to come back. When he did we ordered glasses of red wine, arancini, focaccia and fried zucchini. When the food arrived both the arancini and zucchini had very little flavor - way under salted and needing something else. The focaccia was very tasty, but it’s hard it’s screw up bread.
Close to finishing up with these apps, my friend saw a mouse running around under a table close to us. No one seemed to think this was an issue, but I’d rather eat my food and drink my wine vermin free. What seemed like a manager came by and said he would comp our wine, but this was never done and we paid full price to share our meal with this mouse.
editing this review to repost - it seems it was taken down for “poor quality/inappropriate content” however this was an exact description of what we...
