I must say, it was an experience to remember. The highlight of our meal was the Korean barbecue, a concept that's as interactive as it is delicious. We opted for the wheel, which offered a variety of meats accompanied by six sides, and the portions were incredibly generous.

Our waiter, Habib, was an absolute delight. His friendly demeanor and genuine effort to ensure we had a memorable dining experience truly stood out. Unlike many waiters in Paris, Habib went above and beyond, actively seeking solutions to ensure our satisfaction rather than just adhering to the standard protocol. His dedication to providing excellent service deserves recognition, and frankly, a raise.

Hands down, this is the best Korean BBQ restaurant in all of Europe! Despite arriving just 30 minutes before closing time, the staff welcomed me warmly and seated me without any hint of rush or impatience - something I truly appreciated.

Dès mon arrivée dans le restaurant, j’ai été totalement ignoré. Il y avait pourtant trois à quatre employés derrière la caisse, sans aucune occupation apparente, qui auraient pu nous accueillir ou au moins nous informer de l’attente. Au lieu de cela, j’ai dû patienter cinq minutes avant qu’on vienne simplement me demander combien nous étions, puis encore attendre.

Ensuite, j’ai été très déçu par mon repas. J’ai commandé une grillade, qui était initialement servie avec deux portions de riz. Cependant, après avoir reçu un plat à part que j’avais commandé en supplément, on m’a retiré l’une des portions de riz sous prétexte que j’avais pris un autre plat. Pourtant, lors de mes précédentes visites, lorsque je commandais la même chose, on me servait bien le riz normalement. Ce changement soudain, sans explication valable, m’a semblé injustifié et malhonnête.

Le service a été tout aussi décevant. Lors du paiement, le serveur s’est contenté de nous tendre l’addition en riant, sans aucun professionnalisme ni politesse. Pas de "Madame", pas d’au revoir, juste une attitude désinvolte, comme si notre présence n’avait aucune importance.

Ce n’est malheureusement pas la première fois que je fais face à un service médiocre dans cet établissement. Lors d’une précédente visite avec une amie, nous avions commandé une grillade et un plat à part, mais le serveur refusait de prendre notre commande sous prétexte que c’était "trop" et que nous ne pourrions pas finir. Pourtant, nous avions déjà commandé la même chose auparavant et terminé nos plats sans problème.En tant qu’adultes, nous savons parfaitement quelle quantité nous pouvons manger, et surtout, nous payons pour ce que nous souhaitons commander.
