The milk tea at Bing Sutt was excellent—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. It had that deep, aromatic tea flavor that makes a great Hong Kong-style milk tea.
However, I wasn’t a fan of the egg tart. The pastry was delicate but crumbled too easily, making it a bit messy to eat. The filling had a strong egg taste, which overpowered the expected creamy sweetness.

Read moreAuthentic HK style cafe food :) it's small and cozy but it tastes like home ! In fact, the Bo Lo Bao (Pineapple Bun) tastes even better because I feel like the bun to crust ratio is better (less bread) and the consistency of the bread feels more elevated than in HK.
The egg tart for me was a little less crumbly than I liked but the custard centre was perfect.
HK style milk tea tasted good too though I wished they gave me the option to add sugar myself as I found it a little too sweet.
