The staff was very kind. The maze platter was amazing, with delicious dolmas. I liked the hummus but could definitely use more lemon and olive oil, but they do give you your own bottle of olive oil so you can add some to your liking. The pizzas looked beautiful but i found them very underwhelming. I think they forgot to put salt and they could add some more spices to the meat like zaatar, cumin, or fennel seed. Got the black pide which was the best since the cheese made it more flavorful. We didn’t order any of the pizza options with feta so i think if we got the feta it definitely would have elevated the food experience. I think this place has lots of potential if my critic is acknowledged. Staff was very cool, friendly and service was excellent. It’s Kurdish style pizza which alone is quite unique and i give them a thumbs 👍 for creativity. Great and affordable selection of wine and beer. Lastly would be amazing if they served the pizzas with some kind of dip to bring together a delicious flavorful bite. Lots of vegetarian and...
Read moreI will tell everyone I know going to Paris that they MUST eat here!! By far the best food I had while in Paris. However, the best thing is the vibes from the staff. They made me laugh until my cheeks hurt. The waiter was so so sweet, and Memo taught me how to make Kurdish coffee and also gave me some ginger tea that, in his words, “won’t make you feel sick for 6 months”. Going back to the food, I had a vegetarian pidè. Oh man the FLAVOUR!! Fresh ingredients, and you could taste just with how much love it was made. For dessert I had the backlava, which was incredible, an amazing Kurdish coffee and some pistachio Turkish delights. I also recommend trying the white wine in the picture, it was amazing as well. Wish I could go back to Paris just to eat...
Read moreBlack Pide, in a home-like cosy place, offers the best pide (also known as Anatolian Pizza) I've ever eaten ! They serve variety of options including four type of vegan pides ( I tried all of them, they are just delicious 😋) as well as a vegan baklava which is just finger-licking good. The staff and the owner Rohat are kind, friendly and joyful. You can feel their spirit all over the place. There are beautiful art works on the walls created by Memo , an artist soul to the heart ❤️ You can even meet him if you are lucky enough, you will not regret to do so. Dont forget to write or draw your experience of Back Pide on the walls while enjoying your glass of tea which is, of...
