I have lived in Paris for 13 years and this random little bakery has what I consider the best pain au chocolat that I’ve had here. Specifically when they are hot out of the oven (around 9am or 430pm)..they are very buttery and crispy on the outside , and gooey / moist on the inside. Same for the croissants. I also really like their pain auvergnat which is a strong delicious sourdough (and organic). Read moreHonestly this was the first place we stopped in when we arrived in Paris. It was absolutely amazing, every bite. The servers were kind and me a bit of English. Our hotel was right around the corner and we were able to make several trips there. We tried the chocolate croissant and the le pepito— just amazing. We tried several other spots, but kept coming back. Note that there isn’t seating. It’s all grab and go....
