I'll start by saying the service was excellent from booking via email to the hospitality received on the bus. The staff is very attentive. The Bus itself is comfortable, clean and well set up. I love the seats and views all around. Great concept! We were 7 people altogether - 3 adults, a 15 year old a 9 and 12 year old, and a 4 year old. We did the dinner tour which was set to start at 8:45 PM. The bus did not arrive until 9:15 pm or so and it was raining. When it arrived, we met with an apologetic and friendly host, went upstairs and got settled. We were offered free champagne for our troubles. My review is not for the late bus. We understand the traffic in the city can be quite bothersome. It's more for the hefty price paid for a service our party thought is too overrated. Call us spoiled but we've done many such city and sunset dinner cruises which were well worth every penny. Unfortunately, I did not feel that way here. The food was unsatisfactory. Portions were not only small but not liked by the children nor adults. Also, even though we paid €50 per child, they did not get served the 6 courses. They mainly had bread and had to wait until dinner, the main course, before having something proper to eat...which was already VERY LATE since our bus picked us up late. And at €100 per adult, drinks are not included either. You have an option to pay extra for the wine which would have been part of the dinner, but we wanted other options. The kids were not happy with their chicken and the dessert with melon balls and ice cream with some sort of marshmallow candy was not liked by any of us...so no big WOW to end the night. Overall, this is a way overpriced bus ride around the city. Especially if you do the dinner tour and it's raining in Paris, you're not going to see the sites very clearly when rain spots are all around the bus. Again, we've paid more for other city tours and cruises in other places and felt we enjoyed everything about them...here, we felt like the Bustronome was not enough of a "wow" to make us feel the price was...

It’s like hop on hop off bus, the difference is you only get off at Eiffel Tower, they give you 15 mins photo break, it stop at the perfect timing, the sunset is at 9pm, you will be there around 10pm, and you will see the light twinkles on the hour for 5 minutes. I think it’s the high light of this ride.
Book the ride for dinner, so you get to see everything else in daylight, and you get to see sunset, finally see the Eiffel Tower light up. Although dinner is more expensive, twice as much as the lunch, but it’s totally worthy. I would recommend this to everybody. The service is great, however they didn’t really explain everything like the digital guiding pan on the table, they don’t tell you how to use it, however I ended up didn’t use it at all, because I was too busy taking photos. The food is not the best, see it as you only pay for the bus tour and the free comes for free, so you don’t get disappointed. it’s French cuisine, you can go in their website to check their menu, you experience little fine dining, course after course. Alcoholic is excluded, there are 5 different cocktails on the menu, they are all 10€ each, I wouldn’t recommend the drink. 2 out of 5 I ordered tasted like bad juice, feels like no alcohol in it.
If you have special occasion celebration, leave the note when you book the reservation, they will make special arrangement for you such as put a candle on a cake.
The bus leaves at 7:45, be there early, maybe 7:20 so you can get a good seat. I was lucky to get the last seat at the end of the bus, which you can take the best photos, no one will be in your photos, and you get the...

My wife and I did the dinner tour in March with Paris aglow, and it was magical. The bus drives past most of the major sights in Paris, so it’s a unique, easy way to see the major tourist sites of the city all lit up — all while enjoying a gourmet meal. The food is definitely good — very much in the style of a Michelin restaurant — though not quite at that level. That’s not a knock; neither of us had a complaint about any of our dishes or the wine pairings, and it felt totally worth the price.
I was a little nervous about eating a full meal on a moving bus, but it was surprisingly smooth and comfortable. No spills, no bouncing around. The glass roof gives you amazing views and also helps keep the space from feeling cramped. They even have a clever setup at the table to keep your glasses steady. They play some soft music through the stereo during the entire trip. They also stop by the Eiffel Tower for five to ten minutes for the light show and you can get out and take pictures.
A couple things to keep in mind:
This isn’t a narrated tour, so if you want to know what landmarks you're passing, you’ll need to brush up ahead of time or use your phone.
The staff on our trip spoke very limited English, and we didn’t get printed menus, so we weren’t always sure exactly what we were eating. Not a big deal for us, but good to know going in.
Overall, it was a unique and really enjoyable evening. If you're up for something a little different in Paris--especially if it's your first time in the city--I’d definitely...
