Chez Dylan — Restaurant in Paris

Walked in to Chez Dylan on my 1st day of Paris trip and it is definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. The ambience is amazing, the stylish furnitures, cozy interior design and flexible food options made every customer enjoys themselves! From my point of view, Chez Dylan is a go-to intimate venue to visit with your dearest family and friends if you are exploring Montmarte / is looking for excellent dining services.

Food was delicious, loved how fresh the avocado salmon cold dish starter is and a lot of their ingredients are homemade! For cocktails' selection, Bloody Mary is highly-recommended. It is one-of-a-kind, spicy and smoky, unlike all of the past ones I have tried; it is outstandingly presented. And with Dylan's artistic creation of the commentary in guiding us to choose our drinks, it just elevated the entire dining experience further more with a customised touch.

We began with exceptional and imaginative cocktails at the bar. First the “Eleven” a dry and toasty maple/bourbon followed by a “Bloody Dylan” so unlike ordinary bloody mary’s, this was smoky and subtle. Highly recommend. For starters the ceviche was excellent. Then, I tried the specialty of the house, a Black Angus steak with Chimichuri sauce, cooked medium rare. Excellent. My wife had the Thai Steak noodle bowl and my daughter tried the grilled salmon. Always great fresh food simply expertly prepared. For desert you don’t want me to to miss Andrea’s Dulce de Leche. This was a great discovery of an exceptional bar / restaurant! Family-run Chez Dylan has the most wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. The drinks from the bar are one-of-a-kind, all of them delicious and can be paired with your dinner. You can tell the dishes have been chosen and prepared with the utmost care and thought put into them. I ordered a l’Eternel cocktail from the bar, shared a fabulous ceviche appetizer, and had the teriyaki salmon for my main. The desserts are equally as good, it was hard to choose one!
