Focaccia Mia — Restaurant in Paris

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant par hasard sur les réseaux sociaux, et c'est exactement pour ce genre d'adresse "must have" que j'adore les réseaux !

Nous avons été tout d'abord marqués par la diversité des focaccias proposées ! Avec viande, végétarienne ou bien au poisson il y en a pour tous les goûts et la carte végé est dense ! De plus avoir une focaccia de la semaine et une du mois permet de rajouter de la diversité, bref vous aurez beau y retourner il y aura toujours quelques choses à tester ! et croyez moi, vous y retournerez !

En effet les produits sont frais et de qualité, autant la viande/charcuterie, découpées sur place, que les légumes ! C'est une véritable explosion de saveur en bouche, un vrai goût d'Italie en plein Paris. Pour autant, le prix proposé est raisonnable. De plus, les focaccias sont bien garnis, elles en caleront plus d'un ! La focaccia en elle-même est divine : tendre et moelleuse tout en étant croustillante à souhait à l'extérieur. Bref, le rapport Qualité/Quantité/Prix est largement maîtrisé et il en vaut le détour !

En dessert nous avons goûté les cannolis, spécialité sicilienne excellente ! Nous nous sommes régalés, c'était succulent et une véritable découverte !

I understand the five stars for this place, to start we had an Arancini Ragu, which was out of the world, and the sandwiches were so full of flavour and portion sizes are great here.
