I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chez Minnà, a charming Corsican restaurant tucked away in the bustling streets of Paris. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and rustic decor transported us straight to the Mediterranean, setting the stage for an authentic culinary experience.

We were a group of six, and the restaurant accommodated us comfortably. The menu is a tribute to traditional Corsican cuisine, offering a variety of dishes that highlight the island's rich flavors. The wine selection is impressive, featuring some of the best vintages from Corsica. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the service was very good and fast, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

The only minor drawback was that the restaurant was a bit noisier than I prefer for a dining experience. However, the lively ambiance is part of its charm and didn't significantly detract from our enjoyment.

Our last evening. Our last warm meal in our tiny little Family-Trip to Paris. Our flat was around the corner, so we've seen Chez Minna quite a few times in passing. Spontaneously we decided to eat there. We were lucky enough - they had one free table! Make sure you have a reservation, so that everything goes smoothly for a great evening. Well. The service. The food. The superfriendly staff. We loved every minute of it and we agreed, that this was the best place in Paris, we've been to. Thank you thank you thank you, for a pleasant evening and superb food & drinks. Between the 4 of us we had almost everything on the menu, so we know that everything is recommendable. Quite frankly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Paris and I’ve eaten in many places here! The service was 5/5. David spent so much time chatting with us and helping us choose a great wine. We are many of the dishes and not a single one disappointed. All incredible in flavour, absolutely delicious!!! The octopus and beef dishes really stood out. Cocktails were lush. The chocolate lava cake was astronomical. The BEST lava cake I’ve ever had. Honestly when you combine quality of food, service, value for money. This place is a genuine 5/5....
