Après un dîner Chez Poupette, au moment de payer l’addition j’ai souhaité payer avec ma carte American Express, comme indiqué sur la porte principale du restaurant (voir photo). Une fois au comptoir, le personnel de l’établissement m’indique que leur terminal de paiement ne prend pas l’American Express. Je trouve cela dommage de partager de fausses informations et d’induire le ou les clients en erreur. C’est tout simplement de la pratique commercial trompeuse. Il serait judicieux d’informer le client des conditions de règlement dès l’arrivée au restaurant et non à la fin du repas – d’autant plus si celui-ci rencontre des problèmes techniques. Autre point très négatif, la serveuse pousse à la consommation d’alcool malgré plusieurs refus… un non est un non. Un point qui a gâché la fin de mon dîner.

Chez Poupette Paris es un bistro parisino con muchísimo encanto. Tienen una fórmula de mediodía donde puedes elegir entre entrante, plato principal y postre, o simplemente plato principal y postre, y está muy bien de precio. Nosotros pagamos 21,90€ porque hicimos los tres platos. El menú no tiene muchas opciones, pero eso lo hizo aún mejor, ya que fue muy fácil decidirnos... ¡y así pudimos probar casi todo!La ternera con salsa de vino tinto estaba espectacular, pero los linguine con salmón también estaban deliciosos. De postre solo había panna cotta, casera, y se notaba. El ambiente era muy agradable, y casi todos los clientes eran locales, lo que nos dio muy buena sensación sobre el sitio. Totalmente recomendable.

Lovely staff, brilliant food. burratta with peppers, aubergine (eggplant) and pesto was fabulous and 7 hour chuck roast beautiful. Highly recommend.

I love this restaurant. I've been coming here for a while now and the food is alway very nice and very genuine. Tonight I got the cob salad which would mean nothing to you guys but every bite was a bit of a different flavour and taste, a real experience. I enjoyed it very mych. shockingly mediocre. i don’t know what’s going on in this street, multiple very cute and relatively expensive restaurants and they are putting no effort into the food. I don’t know if the citizens of Batignolles are to blame or the owners…

came for an early dinner and had pan tomate, ceviche, chicken curry and dessert… would rate them all 5/10. guys put some effort, this is embarrassing for everyone...

Nice place and good atmosphere if you want to go for a drink. But keep it to the drink, the food is not worth it! I asked for a fish of the day, which was not fresh at all and coming from the supermarket! Because of the kitchen and it's "chef" this place can't call itself a restaurant. Two stars for the service which was nice and who offered us...
