Beautiful restaurant with eye catching design (one of the reason we went there). Waiter was really nice and helpful. We ordered spaghetti bolognaise & carbonara pasta, very disappointed… My partner couldn’t eat her spaghetti bolognaise as it didn’t even taste like food it had some weird metallic taste to it with no other flavours. My carbonara was ok but had better ready meal ones. When we were leaving the waiter saw my partner didn’t eat her food at all apart from couple bites and we told him it was horrible and to even feel free to taste it themselves. He then apologised and said we wouldn’t need to pay for it. 5 minutes later when I went to pay I was charged for it, when I asked why it wasn’t taken off as they said they would (we didn’t ask them to) he said his manager changed his mind and said that we had to pay for it. We were really hopefully & excited going there but can guarantee we never will again. Very disappointing. To add to this after I paid my bill and left, another waiter ran towards me across the road to question me on wether I paid my bill… embarrassing considering im with my partner and definitely not someone who does this. Cherry on top of a disappointing experience.
