Buzkashi Restaurant — Restaurant in Paris

We eat at this place back in okt.2018 when we visit Paris. I am from Afghanistan n I was very excited to try Afghani food in Paris. But it was soooo disappointed and expensiv. We order kabuli palaw( it called Qaboli palo, nothing to do with Kabul), dal, kabab n ashak. My huband asked me if we can eat all that food but i was hungry n want to try everything. Buttttt when the food can we thought it is appetizer. It portion sizes was sooo smal. Kabab was 4 picese of meat with no tast, n the ask was also 4 picese. The dal was not even cooked finish n the Qaboli... ohhh my god it should be a crime to call that qaboli. The just boil ris n put “zira” on it.. I was tooo hungry n to tired after a long day that i want to cry. We end op eating at...

We came here on an evening really hungry wanting to try some Afghan food after hearing so good about it.

When we arrived it was unfortunately full so we took to take home.

The waiter helped us a lot with recommending what to eat and he was very friendly.

We got two menus of 18.5€ with spicy chicken, lentil curry and saffron rice. The other was saffron chicken, with Persian spinach and rice with caramelised nuts and veggies.

Delicious!! We devoured it super fast, the portion was perfect and again so goood! 🤤

I had never had afghan food before I’ve heard this is the best in Paris. Yes, indeed! This place is absolutely amazing! The owner was welcoming and patiently explained all the dishes to us.

I order a mixed plate so I could try everything and they were all delightful. All kinds of meat were cooked just right and tender. The spices used were well balanced.

It’s too bad that they only open for dinner but the owner told us that they do so because it takes a long time to prepare their food everyday. Fair enough!
