Le Paradis du fruit — Restaurant in Paris

I am here with some friends and this restaurant is absolutely fabulous. The scenery is amazing with a lovely outdoor area. As a vegan, I have had a lot of trouble finding food in paris but they were able to adjust and provide me with great alternatives to the non - vegan food to suit me. They provided you with bread and lots of water as soon as you order and the service and food is absolutely impeccable. Especially the waiter Gabriel was an absolute delight making sure everything was topped and ok. If any problems he would come straight away to fix though there wasn’t any. After being out practically all day long, I am happy I chose to eat here! Yannick and the staff were professional, friendly and very kind! The food and beverages were delicious and fresh! I had the Josephine Baker smoothie drink. I had this before & bought a small size at another location a couple of days ago. It was so delicious, I came back and ordered a large this time! Déception au Paradis du Fruit – Bd des Italiens (15/05/2025 à 18h40)

Habitués de la chaîne Le Paradis du Fruit, nous avons été très déçus par cette visite dans l’établissement du 9e arrondissement.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a semblé correct, mais une incompréhension sur le choix d’une saveur a rapidement créé un malaise. Malgré tout, j’ai goûté le plat, qui ne m’a pas convenu. De plus, j’ai découvert un élément indésirable dans ma salade, ce qui soulève des questions importantes sur l’hygiène.

Lorsque j’ai abordé la situation avec la serveuse, la réponse a été peu adaptée à la situation. Après consultation de la responsable, il m’a été indiqué qu’aucun changement de plat n’était possible et qu’un supplément serait nécessaire, ce qui est regrettable dans un tel contexte.

La responsable, quant à elle, semblait peu disponible et difficile à approcher. Son attitude n’a pas contribué à apaiser la situation. Un geste commercial a finalement été évoqué, mais l’ensemble de l’expérience est resté décevant.

Nous espérions un meilleur service dans un établissement aussi bien situé. Une meilleure prise en compte des retours clients et un souci plus rigoureux de l’hygiène seraient...
