We stopped by Cojean along Boulevard Raspail during a recent visit to Paris and had a decent breakfast. Opening hours are 8am to 7pm (Closed on Sundays)
During our visit, we had croissant and pain au chocolat along with coffees. The breakfast breads were just ok. The croissant in particular was slightly under-baked, with an airy middle and lacking layers. Coffees tasted just fine.
We didn't enjoy the breads at Cojean as much as other places tried during this visit to Paris. Would target proper boulangeries first but would be ok to stop here again if in the area and wanting a quick and light...

And i recommend the Jardin Dévêts juice so good 😋 However, there are a few points they should improve often when I go, even early, many items are already sold out, the service can be quite slow, and they definitely need to pay more attention to cleanliness. Read moreI often come to Cojean, today, however had to wait for 15-20 minutes for my food with only 2 customers in the store and 3-4 personnel. But the worst thing is the price quality ratio. Paying 17 euros for a small toast with practically nothing inside and a drink is completely over the top. I would have gotten better at any bistro....
