Best Ramen I’ve Ever Had — Yes, Even Compared to NYC!
As someone who’s lived in NYC and tasted some of the best ramen out there, I didn’t expect to be blown away in Paris—but wow, this spot absolutely delivered. I had the Shoyu ramen with overdone pork (in the best way possible), and it was a 10/10. Rich, flavorful broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and pork that melts in your mouth.
The staff? So warm and kind. The chef even came out to describe the dishes and was genuinely excited that we loved his food—you could feel the pride and passion in every bite. The music created such a cozy, vibey atmosphere, and don’t even get me started on the vanilla iced tea lemonade—refreshing, sweet, and seriously addictive.
Also: the bathroom was adorable. You know a place pays attention to every detail when even the bathroom makes you smile.

The dishes & cocktails are very creative, whilst respecting the Japanese flavours like yuzu, shiso, wasabi, matcha etc. Heavenly handmade ramen noodles, made in the restaurant, with just the perfect balance in flavours. Sometimes ramen can be too greasy, but not here - the ramen I had was just right, fragrant and so tasty. And I just loved the donburi I had - delicious and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and very passionate about what they’re doing. Their love for the food and drinks they serve shows. I’ve lived in Japan for several years, dined in all level restaurants and this restaurant definitely deserves the 5...

But toppings are non existent unless you add a special option for plus 4 euros. Ramen is supposed to be a hearty, relatively cheap bowl of food. I understand Paris is expensive but two roads above Buillon can provide french food for a fraction of the price.
My problem was not the price itself. Is

Although the broth was great i wouldn't go back to eat the ramen due to value for...
