Euphorie - Bar à vin — Restaurant in Paris

The experience was utterrly disappointing. The waitress was eating the bread they didn't deliberately serve us with a certain hunger one wouldn't be able to describe completely, which is understandable, due to the fact the waiting staff wasn't able to stop drinking wine while serving us, was it too much to ask to have the waiters more concerned about our own drinks than the ones they were serving themselves? No wonder they forgot about our bread!!

They were absolutely more willing to serve a group of 10 19-year-olds spending daddy's money, than serving us. You might have guessed by now which kind of reviews they're interested in receiving. They have a 4.9 they do not deserve at all, understandably. Apart from the lack of attention, the food was (as some previous reviewers said) terribly bland, and the wine choice was, to say the least, mediocre (they wine they charged us 29€ for, didn't even have a PDO, was just considered "wine of France", if you know, you know)

We were used to Paris standard (The Boite aux Lettres, Bien Éléve, and Le 975) and we were expecting to have an actually nice, even though expensive, dinner from a 4.9/5 score restaurant. When it actually was the worst meal we've had in this country, definitely. I would not recommend...

Estuvimos aquí cenando mi novia y yo el 3 de mayo de 2025, sin reserva previa.

Somos turistas españoles de viaje por París, y esa tarde decidimos visitar Montmartre y el Sacré-coeur, por lo que habíamos reservado mesa para cenar en un restaurante cercano.

Antes de cenar decidimos tomar unos vinos y vimos que este bar estaba especializado en vinos, por lo que tomamos dos copas de vino en la terraza. Sin embargo, como nos gustó el bar y la atención de los camareros era muy buena, decidimos quedarnos a cenar aquí y cancelamos la reserva que teníamos en el otro sitio.

Después de tomar las copas de vino nos dieron mesa en el interior. Pedimos una botella de vino blanco, un tartar, un micuit, y una tartalette. Todo muy bueno, y la atención de los camareros también. Siempre se ha dicho que los parisinos son antipáticos, pero esa no fue mi impresión de mi viaje a París.

El único punto negativo fue que mientras estábamos cenando acudió un DJ a tocar música, y el ruido era bastante molesto e impedía conversar con naturalidad. No está mal que vayan DJs a las discotecas y locales de fiesta, pero no a restaurantes donde hay gente...
