Five Pizza Original - Paris 15 - St Charles — Restaurant in Paris

Five Pizza is a great franchise, their pizzas are delicious I had a carnivore with supplements onions and egg. The service was fast, the place could have been cleaner and the covid stop barriers weren't respected even by the staff.. I find this particular one to be of poor service quality compared to the one I usually go. The smart screen were not working so had to order at the counter and the lady didnt even bother introducing the pizzas or anything else she just kept silent which I found presomptuous and in the end I get the pizza handed with no thank you nor goodbye just "there"...

Its miles away from the service I normally get and i went there because the one i usually go to was jammed pack, and this one empty but now i understand why. The point of such a franchise is obviously the experience in itself and clearly this one is not up to standard. thats a shame given that it is located in a touristic zone and reflect poorly the notoriously parisian poor service quality..

The customized option is quiet good and tasty, we are regulars at the place but yesterday I was appauled by the behavior of manager. We were waiting in line to order a pizza and the gentleman in front of us was ordering. He was asking questions regarding the pizza and pointed to the picture next to margarita pizza on the board. The manager was rude and started raising his voice that he cant order the photo, the gentleman explained he assumed it was the margarita pizza and the manager continued humiliating and belittling him in front of customers. I get that some question or requests may seem dumb but people come to order food from all walks of life and different places have different menus ! Its rude, disrespectful to talk to the client in the manner it was. Not sure if he was spoken to in that manner based on race or looks but no one deserves to be spoken down to. Out of principle we didn't order there and doubt will do at that branch...

We were at FIVE PIZZA ORIGINAL (rue Saint Charles) in Paris France last evening. We ordered from the compose menu. We chose salmon as extra component which costs €2.5 euros extra. Before starting eating we checked the ingredients which we had chosen and we found no trace ABSOLUTELY NO TRACE of salmon. Asked the counter about it and they called the guy who had baked the pizza. We asked him to show at least a small piece of salmon and he started philosophing that: "it is already in the pizza and among the other ingredients and other probable reasons. After starting eating we could not taste ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE OF SALMON. I call this cheating and...
