As a tourist in Paris AND a vegan, I was feeling fairly disheartened to find a restaurant who could offer me a really good vegan meal and yet... I was blown away by FUGUE! I made the reservation 48 hours before and asked them for a vegan meal including extra consideration for no soy, no vinegar. I couldn't believe that they not only took my reservation but the food was AMAZING!!!! Absolutely incredible! The flavours were rich and delicate, fresh and incredibly tasty. I was honestly blown away. I was the ONLY vegan at a table for 4 and yet they made such an effort for me. Everyone loved the other menu as I did mine. I can't thank them enough. Absolutely fantastic experience! This charming French restaurant in the heart of Paris exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with classic Parisian décor and soft music that made the evening feel special.

The food was exquisite – from the freshly baked bread to the beautifully presented mains. I had the duck confit, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The crème brûlée for dessert was the best I’ve ever had – crispy on top and smooth inside.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and spoke English, which was a huge help. They made great wine recommendations and truly made us feel welcome.

This is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food in a simple, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. I visited for dinner on a Saturday with a reservation. The food was truly excellent—both the quality of the ingredients and the flavors of the sauces were outstanding. The portions were generous, more than enough to satisfy, and everything was offered at very reasonable prices. The wine selection was also impressive and complemented the meal perfectly.
