HOMADE IS MY FAVORITE NEW WORLD FOOD JOINT IN PARIS. We wanted to try here as it’s new in the area (5/6 years?) and it did not disappoint. We went with the €26 brunch meal which included a drink, side dish and main. The hands down best white mocha latte my lips ever touched. I can’t get over how delicious this meal was. The pictures say a lot, but it is a must try experience. A bustling atmosphere of 20-30somethings, there was a crisp happy energy ruminating the room. When the meal was over I used the rest room, I am a native English speaker learning French. I immediately heard a French tutorial playing in the bathroom and was captivated. The soap was great too. I asked the gentleman behind the bar preparing beverages where I could find the French playlist looping in the bathroom, to find out he is the owner, Gene Ho, and this HOMADE is a long time dream in the works. He MADE the bathroom tutorial. EVERYTHING is HOMEMADE at HOMADE!!!!! The marketing and brand excellence says enough for this establishment. Gene runs homemade with his partner. I couldn’t end our experience without trying an Ube cookie and WOWOWOW my happy place is here. In HOMADE. Thank you for bringing passion (your cooking schooling in France shows) and love to the food industry. It’s easy to over look places like these with perhaps higher price points, but once you dig into the whys and drivers of the visions, it makes more sense. The menu does change, but we got the sweet potato eggs Benedict and shashushka. I love love LOVE that they do not have WiFi. Be present. GO HERE. It’s 1000000/10 tres bien. MERCI GENE, ILL BE BACK...

Sooooo good that I'm here once a week!

I don't think my review will do Homade justice but I'll try: every since being introduced to it, I come here at least once a week for their amazing food and drinks. It's a place where Gene, the chef, has taken so much thought and time to perfect each item and you feel it. Unlike many other places I've tried, the black sesame latte has flavor without the usual grainy feeling you get. The different tiramisu lattes are a great balance of sweet and umami. I'm also in love with their home made foccacia grilled sandwiches. If you come here on a weekday when it's more chill, you'll also get to know the kind and funny owners. Lastly, the chocolate olive cake is the best moist chocolate cake that doesn't need any frosting to make it complete!

PS if you don't like runny eggs, make sure to ask for your eggs to be more cooked when you order...

We stumbled into this restaurant and had the best experience. The food is incredible, and was exactly what we were looking for that day. Every item is made in house, from the bread and tortillas, to the braised beef and kimchi. The owner/chef is kind and patient and took the time to explain the menu and give recommendations. Truly this was some of the best food I had during my time in Paris. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the braised beef sandwich. Both were excellent. I ordered an oat milk cappuccino and it was perfect. The best espresso I had in Paris.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and have already strongly encouraged everyone i know to visit if they happen to...
