After spending a fortune at a 3 Michelin starred restaurant eating overcooked Lobster and Asparagus, we decided to move away from the Michelin guide this Paris trip and go with Google Review instead. I was really impressed by HuThoPi, run by 3 really passionate chef who knows how to combine flavors and texture, this dinner is definitely one of the best we had (plus no overcooked asparagus like an outdated French chef!) Very rarely is good fine dining also cozy, warm and inviting, but HuThoPi manages to do just that. The flavors and textures play together like a well tuned orchestra, but somehow the real natural essence of the food shines through. Something as simple as chicken turns exceptional with their technique-perfectly crispy skin but with all the tender juiciness usually only found by poaching.
