Crowded, warm, damp, I entered a long line to order something to go. Decided to go to the restroom. Busy. So I waited. Then was intercepted by a woman who shouted in aggressive and fractured English, "No! Bathroom not for street!" Meaning she thought I'd just come off the street looking to use the bathroom. And I'd eaten here before several times! No matter. I pointed to the bathroom and said "Yes, now." She pointed at me and said "No!". And added, "No finger!" I pointed back and said "Yes finger!" OK, ok, I know when I'm beat. This gal was tough as nails. I started to shuffle out, head down, another old guy defeated. But then I thought "No! I'm hungry! I will sit DOWN and eat! And...win??!!!!!"

Hahahahaha. So I sat and ordered a Box Bun, pretty good, and approached her, " Ok if I use the bathroom now?"

She said "Ok!"

'Are you sure?"

"OK!"

I think she'd forgotten who I was.

I held up and pointed at my phone using my dreadful finger, having written this.

"Read reviews?????"

"OK!' she repeated.

Finest Chinese restaurant in Europe! Five stars! I have been to a lot of European countries, and ate various Chinese food in a number of restaurants. This restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, with artistic and trendy decorations (I heard from owner that it is actually a designer’s work). Centrally located just outside the metro station Saint Paul in Marais district. You can see from the environment that they have high standard for the ingredients, and the place itself is very clean and pleasant. Cela fait 15 ans que je suis client chez eux. Depuis 10ans la reprise a été plutôt en faveur de la qualité. J’apprécie la nourriture quand je suis pressé. Je prend les plat au poids et non en menu (chose que les serveurs peuvent nous faire remarquer, pour le même plat, je pourrais prendre une entrée et un dessert, peu importe, ce n’est pas du tout important). Je prend toujours un plat/riz blanc et un (voir 2) mega nem a 3 euros l’unité. J’aime le nem avec feuille de salade et menthe. À plusieurs reprise, la serveuse en cheffe qui a le comportement d’une femme « très très bienveillante », avec namaste, serrage de main.. etc , super.. J’en demandais pas autant mais me servir, à chaque commande, de la salade/menthe défraîchis, alors que je mange la depuis 15 ans et suis toujours souriant et correcte.. sauf ce soir où j’ai clairement exprimé mon mécontentement quant à la menthe pourrie. J’ai failli dire : tiens la menthe.. tu es dedans. Elle n’aurait pas le référence. Et la, au lieu de se repentir et s’excuser. Elle me dit: nous ne servons pas de menthe avec les nems. Alors qu’ils servent pour 10.5e le même plat et 3 petits nems avec feuille et menthe. SCANDAL! Je suis loins d’être une personne à histoire, malveillante qui met des commentaires pas sympa tout les jours.. mais la c’était trop. DONC OUI VOUS POUVEZ VOUS EXCUSER. TOUT NEST PAS GAGNÉ. TRAITEZ CORRECTEMENT VOS BONS CLIENTS QUI NE CALCULENT JAMAIS. Etc… En photo. Sa menthe et celui d’un autre traiteur asiat à 2 pas. On est d’accord. Suis pas fou. Mais la menthe abîmée c pas possible. PS: l’avis avait été écrit il y a 2 semaines mais n’avait pas été publié pour raison de non conformité car j’ai utilisé un terme...
