Terrible staff. Less than average food.

It was my friend’s birthday. We were a group of 12. She had been told by the staff to make 2 reservations for 6 pax per table which she did. She was surprised to find upon our arrival that the staff had cancelled the 2nd reservation of 6 thinking it was a duplicate reservation.

What made matters worse was that the manager was unapologetic and rude to my friend who was celebrating her birthday by the way. Instead of solving their error, He proposed to give us 1 table in the terrace and 1 table inside the restaurant which wasn’t ideal. After arguing, we ended up still having 2 separate tables still far from each other but inside the restaurant. There was no commercial geste that was given by the way.

Having travelled in Latin America before, I expected rich flavors in my meal which were just missing. It was bland and I didn’t get the value for my money.

This is a shame to the Latin American culture where the people are hospitable and welcoming and the food is rich.

Gordon Ramsay could definitely include this restaurant in an episode of Kitchen nightmares

if you guys want to continue in this business, I suggest that the manager review the principles of...

My day at the restaurant was greeted by an inquistuvely rude and inconsiderate Wanito (name) who told my partner off for coming late into the restaurant- So I politely asked him if he would like us to take our plates to the room to save him the trouble to which he said you can eat here just come early.. He wasn't willing to answer my partner until we answered his question first- which room number are you ??, I mean we really wouldn't be asking him questions if we weren't hotel guests or coming for a free meal.

Then my partner went on to ask for a Crossiant for herself and he said you need to give us 20 mins to make a new one so come early!

We come from the hospitality background so usually avoid to write reviews unless it really bothers us, we are currently staying at your hotel and had gone to breakfast at about 10.45 am; on a Saturday timings are 8- 11.00 am as I read online.

Your other staff members are wonderful but Wanitno really needs grooming or maybe shift him to your backend works, service clearly isnt his forte it's such a waste of our day but we had to pen this down to be addressed for...

The staff and service were amazing! They Seated us, served us and attended to us in a great manner. The food was very good for what Peruvian food could be in France (I am Peruvian). While I’m not the fondest of fusions ( which is why I gave the food four stars) or twists to the traditional dishes of my country, I can honestly say that Inka has some really great dishes while trying their best to preserve the traditional Peruvian flavors of our dishes. Also, their selection of wines from South America was delightful! I went with the Torontes. Octavio our server was very friendly and efficient. It was also very good for us that the staff spoke not just English, but Spanish as well, aside from French. It made our experience all the much better. If you are in Paris and want to try Peruvian food with a twist, this is the right...

We visited Inka for new years Eve. We booked the table well on advance and repeatedly asked or there's a new year's eve menu and we were told that they didn't. Unfortunately upon arrival we were told that the Christmas menu with 3 drinks at the bar is at 125€ per person.. Service was slow and making mistakes. They nearly serve us desert before main. We had to constantly ask for the next course. Otherwise we would still be there. Food was OK but extremely overpriced and far from typical Peruvian. Cocktails limited in selection. Party for NYE quite boring and with limited participation.

Two atmospheres : Outside it feels like a fast food area, where you can eat and pick up good food and drinks. Inside you feel like being in South America, in Peru, surrounded by colors with fine touches. The food is as tasting good as looking amazing, like in a 5 start chef restaurant. The cocktails are delicious, well balanced. When comes the bill, you don't get any heart attack. We paid around 50 for two satisfied people. Definitly will go back and recommend !
